Penn Mercer Group was founded by Noah Borun, a business leader with over two decades of experience in online travel, e-commerce, and technology investments—including senior roles at Amazon and Yahoo. Having lived and worked in Japan and traveled to more than 50 countries, Noah brings a global perspective and deep respect for the people and experiences that define the travel industry. His background also includes over a decade of hands-on ownership and management of hospitality and real-estate assets in Hawaii and the Pacific Northwest, grounding Penn Mercer’s philosophy in both analytical rigor and an operator’s understanding of long-term value creation.
